Individuals planning to enter the Green Card Lottery may now use our firm to file on their behalf. While many people successfully register for the lottery themselves, many of our clients have requested our professional assistance to insure their applications are accurately and timely filed.

It is estimated that one third of the application submitted to National Visa Center are filed incorrectly and thereby rejected.

In addition, individuals concerned with the mailing services in their resident country, anticipate a change of address, or simply would like to be notified when the lottery results are announced have chosen our service to avoid those complications. With your submission, Rehling Law will be listed as the notification address, unless specifically instructed otherwise. Once the National Visa Center releases the 2005 results we will promptly notify you.

Rehling Law is now accepting requests for the 2005 Green Card Lottery (DV-2005). The 2005 Green Card Lottery entry period ends in October 2003. If you would like to proceed with your application, please note the important information below and fill out the following application completely.

Fees

Online Registration Prior to October 1, 2003
The Principal Applicant Fee is $50, and $25 for each additional family applicant (spouse and/or per adult child).

Online Registration on or after October 1, 2003
The principal applicant fee increases to $75, and $25.00 for each additional family applicant (spouse and/or adult child).

Upon receipt of your online submission, we will promptly begin processing the paperwork and provide you with instructions regarding photographs and signatures. Once your online registration form is submitted it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Non-eligible Countries:

The following countries were not eligible in the 2004 Green Card Lottery and the list of non-eligible countries for 2005 are not expected change materially. If you are a native of one of the following countries, you are not eligible for the 2005 Lottery.

Canada, China-mainland and Macau (nationals of Hong Kong and Taiwan ARE included), Colombia, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Haiti, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, United Kingdom (natives of Northern Ireland and Hong Kong are eligible, but natives of Anguilla, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Caymen Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibralter, Montserrat, Pitcairn, St. Helena, and the Turks and Caicos Islands are not eligible), Vietnam
