	I-9 Compliance:		Recruitment Assistance:
	We provide on-site consultation for our corporate clients to assess their current and future visa requirements, to ensure I-9 compliance to avoid fees and penalties and to prevent invalidation of employee visas upon a change in corporate structure (e.g. merger, acquisition or divesture).		We assist our clients from the initial recruitment of prospective employees, through interviewing, through filing and onto actual employment. Many of the roadblocks associated with immigration process can be avoided if we are involved prior to our client’s offering a foreign national employment.

	HR Training:
	We provide on-site training for our corporate clients to facilitate their understanding of the administrative and procedural requirements associated with the hiring of foreign employees. We provide a comprehensive manual answering many of the frequently asked questions. Most importantly, we implement procedures allowing our clients to access to up to date information regarding all of their outstanding employee petitions and create efficiencies that reduce the time required for future petitions.
